This call for proposals aims to support the structuring of civil society as an agent of change and good governance, and to promote its effective and efficient participation in public action.

Specific objectives:

LOT 1: Support the digital transformation and digitisation of civil society in order to strengthen its role in advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies.

LOT 2: Strengthen the sustainability, autonomy, and financial independence of civil society organisations through the diversification of funding sources.
