The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) is seeking a motivated Procurement and Logistics Officer to join the ALF Secretariat and support its administrative operations.
The Procurement and Logistics Officer will work under the supervision of the Head of Administration, Contracts, and Grants, and play a crucial role in facilitating the launch, evaluation, and awarding of ALF contracts.
The Procurement and Logistics Officer will also be responsible for drafting contracts in compliance with ALF policies, serving as the focal point for contractors regarding contractual matters, and coordinating logistics for events and staff travel among other duties.
