The specific objective is to strengthen the professional and technical capacities of the Court of Accounts in carrying out its missions, in line with European standards and international best practices in external public finance audit.
The project has three components: strengthening the Court’s capacity in certifying the State’s accounts; enhancing its capacity to evaluate public programmes and projects; and developing expertise in assessing budget execution.
