To enhance the Institute of Public Administration in Jordan (IPA)’s operations for building the capacity of public sector administrations in Jordan, according to the best international and EU practices in the field by improving its quality of service, learning and development, and making use of the possibilities offered by digitalization.

The overall purpose of this programme is to “enhance the Institute of Public Administration in Jordan (IPA)’s operations for building the capacity of public sector administrations in Jordan, according to the best international and EU practices in the field”.
Specific objective:
